Any tenant can apply for a transfer to another Larkfield Housing Association house. The active transfer list is open to existing tenants of the Association, who are in housing need and are seeking to apply for a move to another rented house owned by the Association. The transfer list also includes a limited "like for like" transfer option for applicants with no housing need but wish to transfer to another property belonging to the Association of the same size. Applications for transfers can be made at the office or you can download the form from this site and return it to us by post. Once we receive it, your application will be acknowledged, assessed and confirmation will be sent to you regarding the outcome of your application within 10 working days.
