This covers a wide range of housing matters such as:

  2. Holding an up-to-date Waiting List for any vacancies.
  3. Repairing and Letting empty houses.
  4. Providing a Repair and Maintenance strategy.
  5. Collecting Rents and dealing with arrears.
  6. Working with residents to resolve disputes including a Mediation service.
  7. Ensuring landscape and other common areas are maintained.
  8. Liasing with owners regarding their obligations.
  9. Issuing annual maintenance accounts to owners for common services management.
  10. Giving advice on Right to Buy issues.
  11. Promoting Mortgage to Rent schemes.
  12. Actively engaging with users of our services through our Tenant Participation Strategy.

We also do the following:

  • Provide management services to 234 tenancies in Port Glasgow on behalf of Link Housing Association.
  • Work with other housing associations in the area - the Inverclyde Housing Associations' Forum - on issues of common purpose.
  • Assist the Council with housing those who are deemed homeless.
  • Explore community and wider role projects

Everything we do is driven by tenants needs and expectations. We operate a proactive Tenant Participation policy and our strategy turns words into action. Equal Opportunity underpins all that we do.
