EMERGENCY - Within 2 hours and work complete within 24 hours (unless parts are required).
URGENT GAS REPAIRS - Within 24 Hours.
URGENT GENERAL REPAIRS - Within 2 working days.
ROUTINE GAS REPAIRS - Within 3 working days.
ROUTINE ELECTRICAL WORK - Within 5 working days.
ROUTINE PLUMBING WORK - Within 10 working days.
ROUTINE GENERAL REPAIRS - Within 10 working days.
