Programmed Maintenance and Improvement Programmes


This is the work we consider necessary to keep the buildings and equipment in good repair and working order. This includes:

  • The contracts for servicing boilers, gas fires,smoke alarms etc;
  • The routine seasonal work such as clearing leaves from gutters;
  • The programme for regular re-painting of the outside woodwork etc. This includes some routine repairs. We aim to do this every five years;
  • The planned replacement of those parts of the building which wear out. A condition survey of our properties was conducted which will help us to carry out this part of our maintenance systematically.

We will consult with you when your home is going to be affected by improvement or repair works.
