There are several ways you can pay your rent. The easiest methods are by Standing Order from a bank account or using your rent book to pay at the Post Office or Bank.
If you would like to pay by Standing Order please contact our office and we will send you a form to complete and give to your Bank.
You should always ensure that your rent book is stamped at the Post Office or Bank and the date and amount is clearly marked on your part of the payment voucher as this will be your receipt of payment. If you want a statement of your rent account you just need to write to us or click and we will send you one in the post.
The Association charges rents weekly, each Friday, and most tenants prefer to pay their rent weekly. You may however wish to pay your rent on a monthly or fortnightly basis and we will be happy to give you detailed information on this option. Please contact the Housing Management staff at the office for more information.
