Exchange your home with another tenant

You may exchange your home with another Larkfield tenant, local authority tenant or any other housing association tenant. There are two exchange schemes in operation:

  1. Larkfield's Mutual Exchange Register
  2. Homeswap, a National Exchange Scheme run by HOMES (Homes Organisation Mobility and Exchange Scheme)

Certain conditions need to be met before we can approve your request to take part in a mutual exchange of your home. For more information please contact the Housing Management staff at the office on 01475 630930.
