How To Apply

Larkfield Housing Association will accept applications from anyone over the age of 16.

Please note that we operate a Joint application with both Oak Tree Housing Association and Cloch Housing Association. This will allow you the convenience of completing one form for the three Housing associations. Please also remember that your application will be assessed by each association under it's own allocations policy.

If you want to be included on our housing list, you have to complete an application form. You can get this form by calling us on 01475 630930, by writing to us, or print it now from our web site along with our information leaflet which explains how our waiting list and allocations policy works.

Once we receive your application we will forward it to the relevant Housing Associations. It will then be acknowledged and assessed and we'll contact you to let you know if you've been added to our active housing list.
