The Association recognises that all forms of harassment, but particularly racial harassment, can cause great distress.

We see all complaints about harrassment as urgent and we deal with them sympathetically, seriously and confidentially. Victims of harassment are consulted about the action to be taken against those responsible. This can vary from issuing a verbal warning, to taking legal action against the tenant or tenants responsible.
