The Association continues to offer owner occupiers a Buy Back scheme facility. In fact we have been working to enhance this in a fairly substantial way and we believe it now can offer owners who wish to sell to us and continue as tenants, a more attractive package than previously. You do NOT have to be in mortgage default or repossession difficulties to apply under the Association's scheme.
